EOFY Resolutions and Business Planning

The End of Financial Year (EOFY) is not just for Accountants, but a time for business planning.  Don’t let this 30 June just slide by.  Take advantage and use this time of year to “WORK ON” your business.

But what exactly does “WORK ON” your business mean?  Michael Gerber the author of bestselling book The E-Myth Revisited, describes it as a time when you work on the systems and processes that help to automate your business.  To be successful your business must find customers, deliver a valuable service to them and return a profit to the owner.
